Corporate Department of Recruitment and Retention, under the direction
of Maureen Harding, coordinates all system-wide nursing recruitment
and retention initiatives. Through regular meetings with recruiters
and nurse managers, programs have been implemented to assure recruitment
and retention programs meet the needs of our nursing departments and
employees.
