Caroline Bogart is Nurse Executive of the Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center and also serves as the Director of Clinical Services
and Business Development at the Barnabas Health Outpatient Centers.
In this leadership role, Ms. Bogart is responsible for all clinical
and administrative oversight for this state of the art, comprehensive
outpatient facility. She is also responsible for Standards, Performance
and Quality Improvement, Physician Satisfaction and manages several
departments within the facility.
Ms. Bogart’s career in nursing spans over 20 years. She has significant
experience in the field of gastroenterology nursing, holding clinical
certification in this area. Prior to joining the Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center in 1998, Ms. Bogart held staff and management positions
in several different specialties at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. She
was appointed Nurse Executive in 2005.
In addition to her clinical knowledge and leadership, Ms. Bogart brings
to the Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center great enthusiasm for outpatient
care services. Her passion for this area stems from the entrepreneurial
spirit of ambulatory care and the rapidly changing healthcare environment.
Ms. Bogart earned her Master of Science Degree in Health Care Management
from College of Saint Elizabeth in 2002. She completed her Bachelor
of Science Degree in Nursing at Rutgers University and earned a certification
in Management at Sussex County College.
She is a member of the Society for Gastrointestinal Nurses and Associates
and Sigma Theta Tau. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Graduate
School of Healthcare Management at Saint Elizabeth College.
