Peggy Mazza, RN, C, has been employed with Barnabas Health since 1994. During her tenure she has held several positions at Barnabas Health Behavioral Health Center before becoming Vice President of Patient Care Services in 2011. She began her career at Barnabas Health Behavioral Health Center as a staff nurse. In 2000, she was promoted to Clinical Director and continued in that position until assuming the role of Administrative Director of Patient Care Services in 2005. Most recently, Peggy held the title of Assistant Vice President of Patient Care Services.
A nursing graduate of Ocean County College, Toms River, NJ, she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Montclair State University, Montclair, NJ. Ms. Mazza has been recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse since 2001.
Ms. Mazza is a member of the Organization of Nursing Executives of New Jersey.
